Help C.J.S. Hayward with various needs

Hello. This is C.J.S. Hayward, who is pursuing monasticism and is an author.

From time to time there are projects and expenses where your help would be appreciated. As I am writing now, I am in the process of making hardcover editions to what I consider my best works. All but my most extensive collections appear to be something I can create for free. The Luddite's Guide to Technology and The Best of Jonathan's Corner are too big to put in a KDP hardcover, and making an edition with Ingram Spark would cost a one-time$50 per title.

So I am looking for $100 to be able to put my best works available in hardcover before people start shopping for Christmas.
