Help Clarabelle Get Acid Reflux Surgery

My name is Clarabelle Catlin. Gastroesophageal reflux disease has turned my life upside down. I've suffered from intense symptoms like chronic headaches, difficulty breathing, burning sensations in my chest, and inablity to swallow food — sometimes food even comes right back up. My illness also frequently causes impaired speech.
Back in late March, I discovered that they have surgery options to handle this disease. I really do need this surgery in order to get some stability back in my life. The cost of this surgery is around  N/A. The recovery time varies, and as such I will be losing income from my business for that period of time.
