Help Clopton Family Beat Cancer

My name is Jason Clopton, I'm a Minneapolis counselor who works with troubled children families, and adults who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. It's my life's mission and my calling to help kids heal from traumatic episodes. Folks call me The Teen Whisperer because I'm able to reach and connect with kids when and where their parents cannot. My role as a father of three beautiful young ladies and as a husband to my beautiful wife are roles that I am most proud of.

I host a podcast to help teens tackle challenging emotional issues and educate parents about how to reach their troubled children. When George Floyd was murdered, I held free virtual town hall meetings for children who were traumatized by what they saw in that video, and heard in their communities.

I've been there to help the community, but now I need the community to help me.

I recently learned that I have a rare form of cancer called T-Cell Leukemia/Lymphoma also known as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) that has taken me away from my mission, my counseling sessions, and my family while I embark on this healing journey.

I am currently at Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital) and have started intense chemotherapy. I will physically be in the hospital for at least a month, and then discharged to live in the city of Rochester, MN for 6-12 months where I will be unable to work and earn a living for my family.

My monthly expenses to care for my wife and three children are $4,000, but has increased due to medical bills, travel expenses, and lodging for my wife and children. I'm hoping that you would be willing to make a donation to help support my journey so that my family is not subjected to financial hardships or thrust into homelessness while I focus on this battle with cancer.
