Help Clove and Jenny Recover After Wildfires

Help our dear friends, Clove Galilee and Jenny Rogers, Recover in the Aftermath of the California Wildfires

On January 8th, Clove and Jenny watched their beloved house and its contents go up in flames after fifteen years of pouring love and care into restoring it to become their forever home. Nothing of the home was spared; only the memories of their time in this unique home remain. Thankfully, they are currently safe and have found temporary shelter.

Clove and Jenny are pillars of their community who now face the challenge of rebuilding their lives after experiencing unprecedented losses. They are overwhelmed by where to start, and any contribution will be immensely appreciated. We are raising funds to help them with immediate needs like clothing, housing, food and essentials, as well as to rebuild their home in the aftermath of this terrible tragedy. No words can sufficiently describe the shock and upset of witnessing the devastating California Wildfires we have all seen unfolding on the news. Many of us have family and loved ones who have lost everything, and many of us have felt helpless in wanting to help those who have been impacted in any way we can.

Schuyler Kirkland Allen and I currently live in NYC, and we went to high-school at Friends Seminary in NYC with Clove. Jenny is Clove's wife (they met in college!), but she is also an artist and friend who is woven into many of our shared communities.
