Hey y’all! I’m Candice Miles, but you can call me Coach C. I run No Gap Consulting, a leadership coaching business focused on empowering Black women to step into their true selves as leaders. Whether you just got promoted to manager or you’re stepping into the CEO role, I’m here to help you shine confidently. Through our coaching programs, workshops, and career planning, I teach Black women how to lead in a way that feels right for them—authentically and powerfully.
