Help Coach Midnight Get Cancer Treatment

Hi, my name is Briar. I adopted Coach Midnight in summer of 2013, almost 12 years ago. This year he turns 13! He has a spinal deformity, so his back is always curved, and his hind legs are a little weak. He's always been able to move around okay, though! He's been able to surprise us - like standing up to get at some chicken bones in the trash... He's my best friend who's been with me through a lot, including moving across the country to live with his new dad (my partner). Recently, he's had some health issues, and underwent an intestinal biopsy to get to the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately, we learned that he has small cell lymphoma. Thankfully, it has the best possible prognosis, but we're worried about paying for treatment.

Midnight is a beloved member of our family, and we're determined to do everything we can for him. He loves taking naps under blankets or laundry, stealing our pillows unrepentantly, and diligently hanging out with us in the kitchen in case we drop something tasty.

This fundraiser is to help us cover costs of previous vet visits, as well as his care going forward. I'm disabled and trying to find better-paying work, and my partner is a teacher. As it is, the both of us don't have a ton of breathing room financially.

Biopsy: $2875.70

The remaining 712.29 would be going towards oncologist visits and medications for Midnight.

His first oncologist visit is Feb 28, 2025!
