Colleen’s Path to Health

Hi, my name is Colleen and I could really use your help. I have struggled with my mental health for a long time. I have been in and out of therapies and hospitalization programs since I was 12. I have learned how to live with my depression, anxiety and PTSD. However, I still struggle from time to time. I have always been able to pull myself out of these dark places. For those of you who do not know i lost my father to suicide 4 months ago. It has been a devastating, brutally painful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. In the months since his passing I have been struggling with my mental health more than I ever have in my entire life. My therapist and I agreed that I need more support and in depth care at this time. She suggested I attend an outpatient program at Compass Health Center. They have an amazing team of mental health professionals and mental health services that can help me navigate through this hard time. Unfortunately I am uninsured and I recently had to quit my job because it has been impossible to manage my depression, grief, as well as be a functioning member of society. In order for me to start this program I need a deposit of 2,400 dollars. I really feel like Compass Health Center is where my path to healing begins. Thank you very much!
