Please Help Colleen Robison battle stage 4 Cancer

It is with a heavy heart I have to write this. As most of you know Colleen is S Philly born & raised & we're hoping with the community's help, friends & family we will be able to help in some small way. Colleen has 3 children & 6 grandchildren who are her world!! This is devastating news to her, her family & friends especially this time of year.

She has always supported everyone thru the years & I'm hoping we can give back to one our own. Colleen has been associated with Woodland String band for years & loves the mummers!! We want her to be able to enjoy Christmas Day & New Years even if treatment starts...without having to worry

On Thursday Dec 19th Colleen was working early morning, had a bad dizzy spell, she was transported to the hospital for testing...She was diagnosed sadly with lung, liver & brain cancer stage 4, It is very Aggressive. Colleen has had a hard road thus far losing both her twin brothers Matt & Mike Robison & sister Kathleen all so young, she continues to be Strong & help anyone around her that needs it...

She is currently in Mississippi & coming home to Philly. Her concern is leaving her job, losing her medical insurance, bills etc. She has so much on her plate so we're stepping in hoping this will help in some way so she can concentrate on her treatment & not have to worry about moving, medical bills, traveling etc

Update: Colleen has done her first round of radiation in Mississippi. She is now preparing to go to Texas for a second opinion & treatment consult with her son before heading back to Philly. UPENN will be working with her care team for the best treatment plan going forward.

She will be settling in S Philly for continued treatment. I just wanted to thank everyone who has donated, sent prayers & has shared. She is in Good Spirits with some side effects but we are praying throughout treatment she will continue to stay Strong & Positive. We are Praying the radiation & Chemo starting will hopefully slow the progression Immediately of this horrible disease

She has filed for disability & needs our help to reduce the burden of finances needed to continue treatment in Philly without having the burden of bills, meals, transportation etc...
