Help Collin Rebuild His Life

Donation protected
I would like to share a story about Collin Quint. A father. A husband. A devoted man to his family. Collin has been through one of the most difficult trials that I’ve ever witnessed.

Collin was accused of abusing his son at 9 weeks old. Collin has been railroaded by the system that we are supposed to trust. Not only is there multiple medical experts that testified that Collin’s child suffered birth trauma during his civil trial to prove his innocence, he also fully cooperated with any and all court orders and all requirements succeeding at the fullest potential to have his son and wife back into his life.

Even though Collin did not want to, Collin accepted a “no contest” plea deal because was told he would be reunited with his family. He did what he needed to do for the sake of his child and his wife. Collin had served his time of 8 months, and left jail and began visiting with Connor and traveling through the reunification process. However, this plea deal that the prosecution offered was open ended, unbeknownst to Collin. They then chose to appeal their own sentence to their own plea deal. They wanted more. They wouldn’t be done until they came out with their win. So Collin, the father living the already unimaginable, was ordered by the state of Michigan appellate court to have his parental rights terminated and to be resentenced for a longer prison time.

Collin is forced to live his life alone, his wife is forced to raise their delayed child alone, and the two that love each other are told to divorce and separate. To coexist on a planet where they are supposed to pretend as if they don’t know each other. The worst part is, this child, fully bonded with his father is now left fatherless, confused, and waiting for his father to arrive back home.

The prosecution might call him a monster, a child abuser, a psychological deranged human, but even the ordered psychological evaluations did not agree with their statements. We see a man that will go through the pits of hell to sacrifice himself to keep his family safe. He is standing up for himself, his child, and for what is the truth. The prosecution got this one wrong.

I have created this fundraiser because I want to help Collin. He is soon to be out on parole with absolutely nothing. And I would like to help him by building a foundation to help him get on his feet, rebuild his life, and feel our support as a community. I hope you will help me help him. I understand funds are tight for everyone, so if you are unable to help contribute to this cause there are several other things you can do to help Collin Quint.
