Help Community Member Juan Caro

Hola, familia y camaradas!

Many of you know Juan because he is everywhere in the neighborhood - at every protest, providing security, watching the Parque, cleaning up, serving lunches and more.

He was recently targeted by the police while protecting Chicano Park. The p*gs arrested him and then illegally searched his car looking for ways to incarcerate him indefinitely.

Juan is out on bail, but they took his car and therefore he lost his job. He's waiting to fight an unjust federal case that can send him away for many years. He needs our help securing a decent lawyer and supporting his family during this unfortunate time.

Juan has always been there for community - its our turn to show up for him. Please give all you can - any little bit helps!
