Help Connor achieve his American football dream

Hi everyone, my name is Connor Wharton, and I'm 16 years old. I am asking for donations of any size to go towards the Dallas Cup in March! I have loved football from a very young age and have not stopped playing it since. I am football mad! I started my youth football at Goonhavern and moved to the Truro-based Grasshoppers. I currently play for St Agnes U18's, Truro College and at the men's level for Newquay Football Club.

As a result of the Truro College Football team's success, We have been invited to attend the Dallas Cup 2023 in March. I have to raise a total of £2000 to cover the cost of this trip which includes flights, accommodation and food. I work part-time, but with my college studies and football commitments, I will fall very short. This is a huge opportunity for me as the Dallas Cup is one of if not the biggest youth football cups in the world. Teams like Man United and Arsenal will be playing in it. Players like Wayne Rooney and David Beckham have played in it, so for me to go would be an amazing experience! There will also be lots of American college scouts there looking for new players for next year, and it would be a dream to go to college in America. This would give me a much better opportunity. The Dallas Cup will also be televised on ESPN if you are interested in watching. We train lots in the week and are already getting prepared for the harsh conditions in Dallas.
