Help Connor after losing everything in flood

Hello, this is Pam and Gene, Connor’s parents. We are asking for any help for Connor after he lost everything he owns, including his car, to a flash flood in Spearfish SD this evening. He had just moved into his new apartment and has no resources or family in the area. He escaped from a window after the water got up to his head with only the clothes on his back and his wallet. He has nothing and is in a desperate state. He has to now find a place to live and a way to get to his job now that he has lost both of his vehicles.
