Help Continue Chris' Impact on Students

Chris was extremely compassionate and devoted much of her teaching career to helping and caring for young children with special needs. She worked diligently to make sure every child felt loved and made every effort to help them develop to their fullest potential.

In place of flowers, her family has established this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to benefit the teachers and students at Windsor Elementary School (and the broader Richland School District Two) in Columbia, South Carolina where Chris taught for many years of her extraordinary teaching career.

Organized by Sam Diemer, Chris's nephew, who aspires to follow in her footsteps as a Master's in Teaching candidate at the University of Virginia.
