Help "Cookie" fight cancer.

The Respiratory Department is fundraising to help Mary Speer "Cookie" pay for her cancer treatments. We aim to undo any stress this will put on her financially so she can focus on healing. Cookie has dedicated 28 years to our community as a Respiratory therapist working with babies and being on the front lines during covid. We are trying to help with the financial burden this will put on her and her family as the primary source of income. The funds will help her pay for chemo and any other medical expenses she will face during this challenging time. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer, which has begun to spread, making her unable to work. She will start treatment Saturday with an unknown completion time.
