Help Copley Get to Nationals

The Copley community has a unique opportunity to be represented in a prestigious national competition for high school marketing students. Copley’s marketing student, Haley Green, took 1st place in the Ohio DECA State conference in a Principles of Marketing Competition on March 18th! This was Copley High’s first time competing in DECA in over 10 years and Haley’s first year as a member of the organization, which is why it’s a huge win for our school and community! DECA’s mission is to “prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.” The principles  practiced through this year’s competitions have helped students in the Copley Marketing program acquire leadership skills that will impact our community for years to come. Haley’s 1st place ranking landed her a spot at the International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California which will take place April 26th through the 30th! Our school needs your support in helping us get there! Reaching our goal will support costs for airfare, registration, and lodging. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated!
