I'm reaching out to you today with a heavy heart, as my beloved Aunt Coral is battling a severe illness known as Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC). For those unfamiliar, DIC is a life-threatening condition that affects the body's ability to control blood clotting, leading to severe bleeding and organ damage.
