Help Corey's Family During Cancer Fight
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Madeline Stokes, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my brothers story. My brother, Corey McGuire, was first diagnosed with melanoma in 2015. Melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer, and we were shocked at the age 26, my brother could have this. He underwent surgery to remove it and was advised by doctors no further treatments were needed. The melanoma was localized to his upper back and neck. Almost 10 years later, it's 2024 and Corey is married, has 2 beautiful little girls, and a beagle pup. Months of not feeling himself and many tests later it was discovered the cancer was back in his neck and has spread to several other areas of his body.
Through tons of research and help from family we've learned that MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas is the best of the best for cancer treatments of this kind. Corey and his family reside in Maryland and will travel to Texas for these treatments. These trips will not be easy, and to help Corey and his family cope, adjust to their new reality, fund his treatments, and still try to live a normal life, we are asking for help. Any amount you can donate will be met with heart felt appreciation. If you aren't able to contribute money at this time, a share with friends and family would mean the world to us as well. Thank you.
