Help Corinne Fight Cancer

Corinne Grand (Dr. Mellien) just turned 54 years old and lives in San Diego, CA where she was born and raised. She is a small animal veterinarian and has worked at VCA Grossmont Animal Hospital for over 26 years. She lives with her husband Bud, their son Evan, 18, and daughter Melanie, 15, and their 3 dogs and 2 cats. She is devoted to her family, her pets, and her job. She loves nature and all animals and being outside in the mountains or the beach or the desert. Corinne was recently, and very unexpectedly, diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She had essentially no symptoms and this diagnosis was a complete shock for her and her family and friends.  She has started chemotherapy and is looking and hoping for new treatments to become available.
