Help the Colson's during this difficult time

For those of you who know the Colson's, know that they are always the 1st ones to raise their hands when someone is in need. Now it's our turn to help them out.

If you didn't already know, Patrick is fighting for his life with end stage renal disease. He was in the hospital for some time, with extremely high blood pressure and kidneys that were failing him. He is home now and has to be on 3 day a week dialysis for the foreseeable future. Patrick was the primary breadwinner in their household, so him being in the hospital and now in treatment fighting for his life, has put a HUGE financial burden on them. Cortney is the only one working right now, and is trying to make ends meet with what she can, although doesn't make enough to cover everything. She is his sole caretaker, with everything else his vision is failing him so Cortney is making sure he gets to all of his appointments, fighting with the insurance to make sure he's getting the proper medicine, and providing him with the diet he needs to keep him going.

If you know Cortney, you already know she won't ask for the help. But I know she needs it. She comes to work everyday, and always puts everyone else's needs above her own. She's struggling and dealing with a lot right now and she needs our help.

Anything you can spare would help them out in more ways than you can imagine. Even if it's just sharing this link so others may be able to help.
