Help Courtney Afford Medical Treatment
Since early 2020, I’ve dealt with a gastrointestinal issue that has increasingly gotten worse. I’ve now found a Doctor who has taken my concerns as seriously as I take them. This Doctor has thankfully ordered the following diagnostic exams: an abdominal ultrasound for my liver and spleen (my liver was showing as enlarged in a previous screening), a colonoscopy, an endoscopy, and comprehensive blood work. I am raising money for the patient responsibility (breakdown is below) and to cover time that I will miss from work as I’m officially out of PTO.

- Colonoscopy and Endoscopy: $314.00
- Ultrasound of Liver, Gallbladder, and Spleen: $218.00
- New Medications: $150.00
The amount I’m fundraising for is to take care of medical costs outright as I will likely be referred to another specialist. This will also allow me to feel a bit more comfortable with taken the necessary time off of work. Additionally, if I am able to use the money in my 401(k), I will adjust this request based on that.
