Help Courtney with basic living

Courtney is a person who has inspired each and every one of us in one way or another.  I have been following him along his journey since day 1.  He has fearlessly battled cancer and all the trials and tribulations that go along with it.  
He has struggled financially for atleast the past year and now has to deal with the financial burden on the insurance companies.
He is a good and god fearing man and if we all can reach into our pockets, as friends and a community and give a little we can help our dear friend out of the devastation cancer has caused in his life.
