Hello! My name is Lexi Shuey, and together with my grandmother, I'm raising funds for my mom's funeral. These are words no child should ever have to say. My mom lived with a partial handicap and resided alone in Muhlenberg, PA.

On the morning of November 1st, a fire broke out in her apartment building, and tragically, she was unable to escape, leading to her untimely death.

Like many, my mom and I experienced our share of ups and downs over the years. If I could change anything, it would be to leave the past behind and keep moving forward. I wouldn’t wish this heartache on anyone. My mom didn’t deserve what happened to her, and no one should have to endure the pain of knowing their loved one faced such a terrifying end.
