Help Cover Bills After Accident Injuries

I was recently involved in a car accident where the other driver ran a red light. I am not at fault but currently cannot work due to a concussion, rotator cuff injury, and multiple sprains and strains.

I still need to keep my bills paid till the settlement comes through and I have no way of knowing when that may be.
