Help Cover Carson Nelson's Memorial and Medical Expenses

It is with heavy hearts that we grieve the tragic passing of Carson who left us far too soon. His sudden passing has left a void in the lives of those who loved him, especially his parents, Chad and Jill, and his brother, Austin.
In the wake of this devastating loss, we are reaching out to our community for support. Carson's family is faced with unexpected medical and memorial expenses that are not covered by insurance. We hope to alleviate some of their financial burdens during this incredibly difficult time.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards helping Carson's family with these expenses. Your generosity and support will provide some relief and comfort to Chad, Jill, and Austin as they navigate through this heartbreaking period.
Carson was born on February 22, 2004 to Chad and Jill Nelson at Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in Aberdeen, SD. He grew up in Aberdeen, where he graduated from Aberdeen Christian School in 2022.
In the past Carson worked for Dakotascape Outdoor Design and most recently worked for Rivett Farms. On April 1, 2024, he enlisted in the National Guard with the A Battery 1/147th Field Artillery as a Fire Control Specialist. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends. He loved farming, working cattle, and could often be found building creations in the shop. He enjoyed going on adventures, having Nerf gun wars, and being outdoors. He had a strong love for history and loved his dog, Dutch, very much. Carson was so full of life and was often smiling and playing jokes. He loved his family and friends tremendously.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
In Loving Memory of Carson C. Nelson
