Help Cover Charles E. Woolley's Final Expenses

It's with a heavy, heavy heart that I announce the death of my loving father, Charles E. Woolley. I have had the honor of caring for my dad for the last 4 years, and this has been the hardest time of my life.
On Wednesday, Nov 6th, my dad was Flown to Bay Area hospital due to complications from a heart attack. By 4:30 am Thursday, the cardiologist was calling me and recommended that my brothers and I immediately get to the hospital. His heart rate had dropped, and his heart was weak, they had to intubate him and put him on sedation, which is where he stayed all day Thursday. We stayed by his side all day, telling him how much we loved him and to stay strong. Friday morning, we arrived back to his room, he was awake and responding. I was so excited to tell him how much i loved him and him to acknowledge that he know and loved me too by shaking his head and squeezing my hand...along with my brothers, and our spouses, his brother and his grandkids..
The Dr. Pulled me into the hallway and this is where reality hit. He informed me that our dad had metastatic cancer, and it had taken over his body.. it was in his abdomen, hips, lymph nodes, both lungs, and if he were to crash, there would be nothing they could do to help him. We had some hard decisions to make.
The moment I looked at my older brother, Eddie, and told him " I don't want him give up, but i don't want him to suffer", the nurse came through the door and pulled us back into the ICU where my dad had already made that decision. His ventilator was maxed out, and his lungs weren't taking any oxygen, they bagged him and this is moment we knew we needed to put him on comfort care. We couldn't watch him suffer. The hardest decision we've ever made.
Once unhooked from life support, it was within minutes that our dad passed away, confortably, and without pain.
Our hearts are broken. We had no idea he even had cancer.
My brothers, Edward Woolley and Michael Woolley, and I are now planning his cremation and funeral services, his life flight costs and everything that comes with an unexpected death. Please pray for our family. ♡
