Help cover cremation costs for James Cowles

James Dale Cowles, 61, passed away at hospice on 8/17/24 from ALS after a 3-week hospital stay. He was diagnosed end stage 1 week before he passed and had only started showing symptoms early this year. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his wife, Betty J. Cowles. Surviving family members include his children Jennifer (Anthony) Cornock, John (Autumn) Cowles, and many “adopted” kids from over the years, 4+ grandkids, and many others that knew him as grandaddy, many cousins, and friends that he always called family.

We will be holding a memorial service at a later time including his military funeral honors. He wanted to be cremated but he had no life insurance so we are trying to raise enough to cover his $2,500 cremation. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
