Help cover expenses for Kristian's untimely death

Thank you all for your overwhelming support and generousity! You one by one came together to meet our needs and we hit our goal quickly…and then you ran away with it. While I am turning off the donation feature because we have what we need to cover costs and create our memorial event for Kristian, I will leave this up because it brings us all a lot of joy to see the willingness and love put forth by our and Kristian’s friends.

Hi, my name is Peik Andersen. My older brother, Kristian Andersen, died unexpectedly this June at the young age of 46. When Kristian went, he left my mother as a co-signer on a car with a balance due. Unfortunately, due to his condition, he didn't leave anything behind to help with the expenses that were passed along to her or anything to go toward funeral-related expenses. There are many time-sensitive tasks relating to his death, in addition to getting his car sold and planning a memorial for him. My mother has a few back payments on the car as well as loan payments while it is in the process of being sold. Pertinent items like death certificates take time to acquire. The goal is to get the car sold ASAP for just the value of the loan. We also are looking for help from friends, family, and those who knew Kristian to hold a memorial for Kristian in Green Lake on Saturday, August 12th. Although Kristian didn't leave money behind to help with this, he did leave a lot of amazing artwork behind which we will have on display for friends and family to come and look at while saying their farewells to the wonderful, talented, and generous in life person who until recently I called my older brother and you may have known as Kristian or 'Krispy' Andersen.
