Help cover final expenses for our brother Keith

Hello friends and family,

My name is Jessica Reichel and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my mother Lorraine, and my Aunt Tina.

It is with heavy hearts that Lorraine Reichel and Tina Reichel Gillon beloved sisters of Geza Keith Reichel are facing a very traumatic time.

Their brother (my uncle) Keith was on life support back in November 2023 for a major lung infection and pneumonia. He made it through that difficult ordeal in the lCU. However, approximately 7 weeks ago he had to return to the hospital and sadly was diagnosed with stage 4 Squamous cell lung cancer at the young age of 55. Unfortunately, he was given a few weeks to a few short months left here with us.

The doctors at Newmarket hospital have given him palliative radiation in attempts to make him more comfortable. Within the next couple of days he will be moved to a hospice in Oakville where he will spend his final days surrounded by love from all his family.

We are reaching out as a means to cover final expenses as my mom (Lorraine) and Aunt (Tina) are my uncles primary caregivers and will be left with these expenses which are very costly all while dealing with the loss of their beloved brother Keith.

We sincerely appreciate any donations in this urgent and unforeseen circumstance.

UPDATE:

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Geza Keith Reichel.

Keith passed away peaceful in hospice Sunday August 11th at 6:02pm. He was surrounded by love from his family.

Keith will be missed dearly by all of those who loved him. He is no longer suffering and resting at ease.

Funeral arrangements are in the process and my mom and aunt would like to thank those who have already donated, and those who may still donate as this is not an easy time and anything is well appreciated.
