Help Cover Funeral Costs for Lois Ann Crowley

Donation protected
Hello my name is Teri and my aunt Lois "Ann" Crowley unexpectedly passed away at her home on July 21, 2024. We are trying to raise funds to pay for her funeral. As everyone knows funerals are not cheap so we are asking for some help to cover the cost of this.

Ann was a god loving soul. She asked God for help whenever she needed it, she prayed for everyone.

She left behind many family members but this is a big expense for her 2 living sisters. If you could find it in your heart to help us pay for this we would greatly appreciate it.

Obituary:
Lois Ann (Hanson) Crowley, 75, of Peoria, IL, passed away peacefully at her home on July 21, 2024. She was welcomed home by her Heavenly Father and reunited with her beloved husband, Bernard "Butch" Crowley.

Lois was born on January 4, 1949, in Black River Falls, WI, to Harry and Juanita (Steele) Hanson. She graduated from Taylor High School and worked at various jobs, including the Pizza Plant, Norplex, and Black River Falls Memorial as a nurse's aide. She moved to Peoria, IL, to be with Butch, whom she married. Lois continued to work in nursing and then as a collection agent until her retirement. She had many hobbies, but crocheting was her passion. She enjoyed making baby Afghans for the new souls that were coming into the world friends. She also loved spending time with her pets.

Lois is survived by her sisters, Mary Lou Syverson and Karen (Kermit) Wussow; her sister-in-law, Jaque (Jerry) Hanson; her lifelong friend and companion, Crystal Dahlstrom; and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Butch; her parents, Harry and Juanita; and her brothers, Terrance "Butch", Richard, and Jerry Hanson.

Lois was a kind, generous, and loving person who touched many lives with her warmth and humor. She will be dearly missed by all who know her.

We will have a Celebration of life at the Legion in Black River Falls on October 12, 2024 from 11-4. Please come and tell stories if you have them or pay your respects.

If you can not help with a donation a prayer would be appreciated.
Thank you from the Lois "Ann" Hanson Crowley family
