Help cover funeral expenses for Tammy and family
Donation protected
On Wednesday, October 26th, we lost my mom, Tammy, to Cholangiocarcinoma. Also known as bile duct cancer. It has been a long and painful 3 years watching her battle this awful disease. This cancer required multiple treatment attempts/trials, testing and hundreds of doctors appointments. Due to the severity of all of this. Tammy and my dad, Steve, were out of work so he could drive her to these appointments and care for her, and she could focus on her health. In lieu of flowers, I ask if you could instead make a donation to help with the funeral expenses and to help alleviate some home financial costs. These donations will allow Steve and Ian their time to properly grieve together while also being able to fulfill Tammy’s last wishes. Tammy was such a beautiful soul with a heart of gold. We will be hosting a celebration of life in her honor and it would mean the world to us if all of her friends and beloved Elliot Hospital coworkers could join us. She worked as an OR nurse at the Elliot Hospital for over 20 years. I’m so excited to meet all of the wonderful people that got to be a part of her life. Saturday , November 12th , 1pm-5pm at the American Legion in Contoocook, NH. We have rented the function hall for the evening. There will be a bar tender as well. Kid friendly event with activities/ crayons and toys for the little ones thank you so much. -Lauren
