Help cover funeral expenses for Tavis Bader

As many of you know we got the call no one wants to get…. ever. On December 4th Tavis passed away unexpectedly at his home in Deer Park, Wi. This has been devastating to our family and my sister is struggling immensely with the loss of her son. My nieces and nephews have to say goodbye to their brother….. it’s simply incomprehensible. After sitting down and making plans for Tavis’ services we feel it’s necessary to reach out for assistance. Tavis, like so many young adults today did not have insurance. I’m positive that at his age it wasn’t really a thought or consideration….. no one plans to leave so young. We understand that with everything that has gone on in the world recently that many of you may be struggling financially as well and we completely understand if you are unable to help but appreciate it more than we can express if you can…. Anything helps. Tavis was dedicated to his community and a proud member of the Amery Fire Department. For those of you that had the pleasure of knowing Tavis then you will know how important his role on the fire department was to him. From the time Tavis could walk and talk all he ever said was that he wanted to be a fireman…. He made that dream come true through hard work and dedication and we were all just as proud of him for it. Being a member was all he ever dreamed of and the men who mentored him became his family and he looked to them for guidance as they were truly role models and father figures. Tavis had such a big heart and was always there whenever someone needed him so we hope now that Tavis needs us we can all pull together and help him. Our family can never thank you all enough. All money donated will be given to Tavis’ mother to cover his final expenses.
