Help Cover Jeremiah Ragsdale's Final Costs
Donation protected
On Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, it was a regular day. 19-year-old Jeremiah Ragsdale had welding class at MCC and was on his way to fuel his car, when the unthinkable happened. A vehicle pulled out in front of him, without warning. Jeremiah was ejected from the vehicle. He had to be airlifted to Jackson, where he spent the next 48 hours fighting for his life. His mother, father, and grandparents stayed vigilant by his side, while undergoing multiple tests. On Friday, the family received news that Jeremiah had no brain activity. They had to make the difficult decision to take him off life support.
The family is left with mounting hospital bills, as well as funeral and burial expenses, all while dealing with the unimaginable loss of their young son. As many young adults, just starting out in the world, Jeremiah did not have life insurance or burial insurance. Any financial assistance, no matter how small, will be used to cover these expenses.
