Help with Matt’s funeral expenses

As many of you know, Matt passed away on the evening of September 21st. Matt was brought to the ER on Sunday, September 15th due to his complaints of shortness of breath. He was then airlifted to Carle and it was determined he suffered a heart attack. After a few days of trying to recover from emergency heart surgery, Matt suffered from two strokes. A craniotomy was performed, but his brain had suffered too much damage. We are all devastated by this tremendous loss. He was the best dad, grandpa, and husband. He will be deeply missed.

Kelley, Ben, and Katie have lost a very large part of their family of 5. They would like to thank everyone who has reached out, donated, prayed, and visited so far. 

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to helping the Johnson family honor Matt and cover unexpected costs.
