Help Cover Nursing Home care costs

Hello my name is Grace, My father suffered a stroke on stage July 29,2004 .Recently been declining due to related health issues along with Dementia .George lives in a nursing home, which costs us more money than our family has.At the time of his stroke my father George Grantham was a professional drummer in the band poco. We pay out of pocket for a barbershop to come to the nursing home to “spruce” him up.

We also need to save for funeral costs for when my father passes on. I will not have the funds to give him what he deserves. I have Cerebral Palsy and barely manage taking care of myself. All of dad’s relatives lives along the west coast so it’s not easy to get to George quickly.

Dad has a number of bills I need to get caught up on. If you know the monthly cost of Nursing homes then you know it’s basically all of his income. We just got him on Medicaid and sadly has to be moved to a different nursing home and that will be hard on him.
