Robert passed away peacefully in his sleep early Friday morning after a seven-year battle with cancer. Despite undergoing numerous surgeries, radiation treatments, and chemotherapy, his health deteriorated in his final days. He is now at peace with the Lord.

To cover the extensive medical expenses and frequent trips to Texas for treatment, Robert had to deplete most of his accounts and 401(k). My mother is devastated by his loss and is now left to care for my two younger siblings on her own.
