Help covering electric bills for Victoria

I have an elderly lady who works for me at Fred Meyer. She’s 75.

Issue: her heater broke the day before icemagedon in Fairbanks. Can’t be fixed. It’s only 4 yrs old. It was put in by Alaska weather @winterization.

She’s been running portables since so her pipes don’t freeze.( Anyone who has ran these, knows how high her bill for GVEA will be! )

She was just told she made too much to qualify to have it replaced and that it’s warrant ran out after 1yr.

She works, she doesn’t sit at home, hell if even a 1/3 of todays kids worked as hard as her……..
