Hello beautiful souls,

My name is Hunter O’Connor, and my husband, Alberto, and I are reaching out to you with hearts full of hope and a dream that’s close to becoming a reality. I have called Flint my home all my life, and our love for this community runs deep. With over 20 years of combined experience in the healing space, we are passionately committed to bringing more love, healing, and joy to Flint through the creation of a healing center, Hive Holistic.

Our Dream..

For years, we have envisioned a sanctuary where people from all walks of life can come to connect, grow, play and heal. A place where individuals can find peace and support, away from the struggles and hardships that life often brings. We have poured our hearts, souls, and personal savings into transforming a space in Flint into this haven, but we need your help to bring our vision to its full fruition.

Our Mission..

Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide our community with a safe and sacred space for healing, growth, connection, and play. We believe that everyone deserves access to healing services and classes, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we are committed to offering these services in accessible ways to our community.

What We Offer..

At our healing center, we will be hosting a variety of events, workshops, and classes designed to cater to women, men, and children of all ages. Our offerings will include:

Classes: Yoga, meditation, Reiki, and other holistic practices.

Workshops: Personal development, stress management, breathwork, trauma release, reprogramming, and wellness education.

Ceremony: Sacred Cacao, Ancestral teachings, visiting indigenous elders, women's & men's circles

Community Events: Gatherings that foster connection, support, and a sense of belonging through music, movement, food & more!

We aim to create a vibrant community hub where people can come together to support one another and grow in love and understanding.

Our Journey..

We have come a long way, but there is still so much more to do. We have invested our personal savings into renovating the space, but we need additional funding to finish the project and offer our services at accessible prices (sliding scale). Your generous donations will go towards:

Completing the renovation of the space to make it welcoming and functional.

Purchasing essential equipment and materials for our classes and workshops.

Covering operational costs so that we can offer sliding scale (& even free) services to the community.
