Help Create Lidar Necklace for the Visually Impaired

Donation protected
We are a group of dedicated college students at the University of Alabama looking to transform the medical device field. Our goal is to create a Lidar Haptic Feedback Necklace in order to assist the visually impaired. This device is aimed to help people who are visually impaired with walking in crowded streets or their everyday routes.

The Lidar Haptic Feedback Necklace will do this with vibrations in a haptic waist strap that are proportional to the distance and in the same direction of objects in the user's way. However, we need your help funding our prototype as the equipment is not cheap. Any amount is appreciated and goes to a great cause. If you would like to learn more about the full function of the device, please do not be afraid to email us.

Thank you.
