Help Cricket Get Medical Care for Lyme Disease
Donation protected
I have worked with Cricket for many years at Rainbow Foods. She is always there to help everyone. She has a smile on her face and a wealth of knowledge. What most people don't know is that Cricket has been dealing with ongoing health issues for the last 15 years. She has been fighting to heal herself from Lyme Disease and isn't winning the battle.
She needs our help to get the treatment that will make a difference. She doesn't want to ask the community for money to pay for this costly treatment, however, I want to ask for her. I have seen our community step up and do amazing things to help each other, Cricket needs us to step up.
Cricket is also a very private person. Let us respect that.
She has found a doctor in Tennessee who specializes in Lyme Disease and has had success healing people with similar health issues.
Cricket's struggle with Lyme Disease has made it harder and harder for her to function. For regular customers, you may have noticed her more frequent absences. Lymes is an invisible disease. Symptoms include fever, headache, shaking hands, and it creates neurological challenges. If left untreated, an infection can spread to joints, the heart, and the nervous system. I fear this is already happening.
For the past 15 years, Cricket has tried every possible treatment. She has used alternative methods for years to keep it under control and they are no longer working. She has found hope in the possibility of getting treatment with Dr. Todd Lapine. For more information on Lyme Disease and a video featuring Dr. Lapine watch this:
