My name is Nena Carlos-Bautista. Early this morning, my sister Cristina (on her birthday) and her husband Steve lost their home in Altadena and everything they owned in the Eaton Canyon fire. Thankfully, they were able to escape safely with their pets, but they left with only the clothes on their backs.
