Help Gloria’s burial be at peace!

My name is Crystal Randall and I need to fight for my mom, Gloria Houtman, who died on September 22, 2024. She died of stage 4 cancer, and the hospital marked her as a COVID death! My parents do not have life insurance, and it has been something I have bugged them about for years! So, with my mom passing, there was no preparation! My dad has frontal brain damage, so I had to be my mom’s health proxy. I was the one that was contacted by everybody, and I had to make the decisions!

Well, something happened in the hospital, and it resulted in my mother’s death. My brother and I have put everything but the remaining $1,100 on her burial! We had to fill out papers to get help from DTA, and they denied her after going back and forth for months with this, all because the hospital marked my mom as dying of COVID instead of stage 4 cancer!

There is a lot more to this story that maybe I will share here, starting from the beginning! But I filed complaints 2 weeks ago with Southcoast, and they sent me a letter saying to have my lawyers write to them with nothing of what they found in their 2-week investigation! So right now, my family is going through it, and I need help! Please help us get my mom's burial paid so I can continue fighting for her death!
