Help Crystal Gray in Her Cancer Battle

Hello! My name is Crystal Gray. I'm a 44 year old wife of 27 years to Bobby & mother to a 21 year old special needs daughter & I am also the momma to 15 fur babies. 11 of which are special needs kitties. My husband and I rescue them, from different states, to keep them from being euthanized & give them a chance at a great life! We live in North East Mississippi about 2-2.5 hours from Memphis.

Anyhow, I am in the FIGHT FOR MY LIFE, literally. My uterine cancer went from Stage 1 to Stage 3C and I was also diagnosed with cervical cancer & malignant periaortic and pelvic lymphadenopathy with mesenteric metastatic disease in the anterior abdomen. All of these diagnosis' were found out after a biopsy on May 26th, 2024 & 2 different CT scans of the pelvis and abdomen.

My gyn oncologist is in Memphis, Tennessee & his name is Dr. Joseph Santoso.

On June 25th, 2024 at my follow-up to discuss treatment options, my choices were:

1. Do Nothing.

2. Enter Hospice

3. Surgery but he quickly said that he wouldn't do it because things have spread so greatly.

4. Get a Second Opinion

5. Start Chemo (Carbo & Taxol) & do immunotherapy called Keytruda.

Of course, I chose to FIGHT with Chemo & immunotherapy. I will do this every 3 weeks to start out with, then at month 3, I'll get another CT scan to see where things are & he will adjust the meds according to the results. Everything will start moving in the next week or so because I have to go back to Memphis & have a port placed & after recovering from that, I will start my first chemo sessions on July 16th.

Now, here is where the Go Fund Me is needed. We are on a very low monthly income, Going back and forth to Memphis is going to be expensive and its money we don't really have because of course we have rent, lights, water, gas, phone bill, car insurance, groceries, the fur babies expenses, etc. I have a lot of out of pocket prescriptions, 17 to be exact, that I also have to have as well & there is no way we would be able to get all of my medications without help.

So, I'm humbly asking for "help". For help in saving my life. Being able to not have the burden of worry of paying bills and having to worry how we will get back and forth to Memphis so much.
