Help Cynthia Bunch Fight Cancer

      The year 2021 was supposed to be a new beginning . My foster mom, Cynthia Bunch, was looking forward to a better year. Unfortunately, Cynthia suddenly became extremely ill and had to go to the hospital. Due to lack of beds because of Covid, Cynthia  was sent home where she lives with Janelle Bunch, her eldest daughter, where she continued to get worse. Finally, she was taken to a hospital near her youngest daughter's apartment where they were able to finally determine the cause of Cynthia’s illness which sadly turned out to be  Stage 4 Lung  cancer. Her doctor recommended chemotherapy which she received her first treatment this past week. 

       Cynthia  is currently staying with her daughter, Holidais Bunch, in Holidais' apartment.  Holidais is trying her best to work and take care of Cynthia but bills are piling up.  Cynthia is in an extreme amount of discomfort and has a hard time taking care of her activities of daily living ( ADL'S) and  is in immediate need of  a home health aide. Cynthia  has insurance but it has not been approved and there is no telling when and if it will be approved. Any funds raised will be utilized to ensure that Cynthia has a  home health aide who can come in and provide appropriate care and at least make Cynthia feel some sense of comfort.

      Some things I feel that are important to share about Cynthia.  Cynthia has spent her whole life doing things for others. When I was a teenager who had nowhere to go, she opened her home to me and became my foster mom.  She has spent her life helping others as a Christian even though she never had a lot.  She loves the sun on her face, Elvis, and driving with the windows down with the radio turned up loud to classic rock n' roll.   You may not know her, but you would love her if you did!! Please help us make her comfortable while she is battling for her life.
