My name is Ian and Cynthia is my wife.
Cynthia is a beautiful soul who has helped countless people over her short 62 years on Earth. We've been married 22 years and they have been wonderful.
Four years ago she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's , a cruel disease that slowly robs the person of memory and dignity. She has forgotten most of the joys of her life and has become a stranger to herself.
There is no cure.
I have taken the decision to get her into Memory Care where she can be properly cared for. It's an honor to look after her but the physical and mental demands on me are too much to give her the love and care that she deserves.
This is why I'm asking for help.
Memory Care is expensive and even with a bank loan, I will be stretched thin financially.
These are tough times and I know everyone is hurting financially.
