Help Dad fight on, the Sheean way!

Hi, my name is Dee Sheean. Many would know my dad, Robin (Rob) Sheean, and about his diagnosis. Dad has tumours in his bladder, kidney, prostate and spine which is predicted to have spread since those results 12 weeks ago. He is living in extreme pain and it’s breaking my heart to see. I’ve had people that love and respect my dad, reach out asking how to help. Dad is living remotely with no family support around him and has “fallen off the public health system” because he hasn’t had the funds to attend appointments in Adelaide. Cancer has taken away 80% of his mobility and sent home from hospital because he is not a priority. Being so far away from him is devastating. It’s hard to advocate for his medical needs from such a distance as I’m in Geelong. Dad needs all the help he can get so let’s show him how much he means to us all! Dad needs money to be transported to and from Adelaide for appointments, and today was given an ambulance bill to boot. He’s so worried about money and has even put his mortgage repayments on hold that are about to kick in again after Christmas. I just wish hope we can all come together and ease some of his burden so he can get the care and treatment he needs. I hope I don’t get in trouble for this but if ever a go fund me is justified it’s definitely dads situation. Love you endlessly Dad ❤️
