Help dad in South Africa

Hi I am Rene , and need help to go back to South Africa , to care for my dad who has got Cancer of his tongue. He had surgery 3 weeks ago , and will start with Chemo and Radiation in three weeks. It kills me to be so far away from him , not being able to care for him , as a good daughter should. I currently live in West Australia. He's a good man , and I love him very much. Moving back to SA is a huge task for a single 50 year old woman , with only one income. Any help would be hugely appreciated? I aim to tell dad , that I am coming home soon , and make an old man happy. He deserves my love and care.
