help daddypo with medical expenses after motorcycle accident

Hi everyone, my name is Darla Aquino and I am trying to help out my grandpa, Silverio Angeles. We call him our Daddypo.

Daddypo is the kindest, strongest, and most hardworking person I know. He always lends a helping hand and is there to support his friends and family. He is loved by so many people and is super involved in the lives of all his family.

But on December 9th, my Daddypo, at 68 years old, got into a severe motorcycle accident. He was hit by a car and not only is he now suffering from a traumatic brain injury, but he also had a heart attack due to the impact of the accident. After being rushed to the hospital, he was in critical condition and unresponsive. They recently took him to the operating room and had a craniotomy. A craniotomy is a surgical procedure where a portion of the skull is removed to access the brain, and his temporal-occipital bone is now removed. Since then, he has not fully woken up and is still in the surgical ICU, hoping and praying for a full recovery.

Not only is this situation severely traumatic, but healthcare in the Philippines is very limited. These surgeries, medical procedures, and rehabilitation services need to be paid all out of pocket. If you could be so kind to donate or help us in your own way, the entire Angeles/Aquino family would appreciate it beyond words. A little goes a long way.
