Help Daisy attend HOBY World Leadership Congress

HOBY Youth Leadership is a national and international organization based on providing our youths with core values in volunteerism, integrity, and community partnership. I, Daisy Haven, was selected to participate in one of HOBY’s seminars for 10th graders last summer outside of Callicoon NY My time there instilled in me a new sense of understanding of the definition of a leader and made me fall in love with their initiative. Each year in July HOBY holds a World Leadership Congress in Chicago from the 22nd to the 29th. I ask your support in funding me to attend this phenomenal experience.

My entire high school career I've attempted to be an upstanding student through many extracurriculars, clubs, and volunteer work as I work towards applying to university and an NROTC scholarship for the fall of 2024, I know this Leadership council experience would provide me with a skill set that would set me apart.

I am currently on a high school student foreign exchange for the 2022/2023 school year sponsored by Rotary International, my host country is Denmark, and my hosts Danish. I am forever grateful for the hospitality, guidance, and love that my families away from family have provided me on this learning adventure- I will never forget.
