Help Dalal and Her Children Find Safety

I am Dalal from Gaza, a mother of two children. I am 32 years old. I have two beautiful children, the age of roses. Here in Gaza, we suffer from very bad and difficult life conditions. It seems very bad, and this is what drives us to the need for your support and standing by us. You are our second family. Please donate to us here in Gaza. Everything is expensive, and we need food, clean water, and various life necessities, including treatment, buying clothes, detergents, and many basic things. Our requirements here are many. Every short period of time, the occupation displaces us from the place where we settled. We leave and search for another place and set up a tent again. My husband is injured from the occupation and needs treatment. I also constantly need treatment. My family and I have a specific goal: we want to evacuate, cross the border, and travel to another country to start a new life and live in stability and safety. You guys must support us and do not abandon us, and support us so that we can reach our goal. And saving travel costs for us to leave from here safely.

My name is Katie, and I am a music teacher in the Southern U.S. I have been in communication with Dalal Alnajjar since June, and have confirmed her location and identity, though she asks photos of her not be shared as she is veiled. Prices in Gaza are extremely high, if resources are available at at. Enough food and water for a few days can be hundreds of dollars. Dalal and her children have been displaced several times, which also comes with high transportation costs, or the high cost of having to rebuild a tent and lose much of what she has been able to hold on to.

Dalal dreams of evacuating Gaza, of safety for her children in a place where their minds can rest and they can grow up without the physical and psychological strain of war and displacement. It is the goal of this campaign to continuously raise money for living costs to support Dalal and her family, and also to buy passports ($150 each) and pay the evacuation fee to go to Egypt (up to $5000 each), once the border is again open. The previous campaign is closed and all money has been transferred to her (total 9.9k), this one has been set up to expand fundraising capacity and better meet Dalal's needs.
