Dale's Surgery and Recovery

My dad, Dale, is scheduled for gallbladder removal surgery at the end of October, following an ultrasound which revealed gallstones. While he has medical insurance, the deductible is steep. The amount of $5,000 would cover the out-of-pocket deductible and lost wages during recovery.
